Terms and Conditions:

• Entry into the Competition is taken to mean your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The Competition commences at 12.01am Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on 5th April 2012. Entries close last mail received at competitions@toysparadise.com.au by 5.00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on 19th April 2011 (“Promotion Period”).
• The promoter is Toys Paradise (ABN: 44 142 329 539) of Toys Paradise, 4/32 Lilian Fowler Pl, Marrickville NSW 2204 (“Promoter”).
• Entry is open to residents of Australia & New Zealand.
• To enter, you must, colour in the picture, correctly complete your details (including your name, age, state, registered Toys Paradise email address and favourite toy). Insufficient information may lead to disqualification.
• You will be entered in one of three (3) age categories as nominated on your entry form. The age categories are 2-4 years; 5-7 years and 8+ years.
• You may only enter once.
• Entries will be judged based on artistic merit given the child’s age. The promoter’s decision will be final.
• Three (3) winners will be chosen from each category. Each winner will receive a $100 worth goodie bag from Toys Paradise
• Results will be announced on 20^th April 2012 and the winners’ parent / guardian will be notified by Facebook &/or email.
• All other costs associated with taking and using the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
• A prize is not negotiable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• By accepting the prize, winners agree to be contacted by the Promoter about the Competition and to participate in publicity activities as reasonably requested, including uploading the colouring and photograph of the child on our blog and social media websites.
